After experiencing burnout at my job and being passed over for promotion, i made the decision to leave my company and find something better. Everyone told me that it was impossible to get hired right now, let alone get promoted externally in my industry.

I petitioned Bune and got very specific with what I was aiming for. THen i got to work and applied, interviewed, etc.

Within 2.5 months, I freaking did it! Landed a job at what is a dream company for me. Got a big pay bump and i’m being treated with the respect I deserve.

The process challenged me to grow into the person who could land this role, i wonn’t say that it was easy, but now that i’m on the other side i’m immensely grateful.
